Our Story
Welcome to Spring Of Joy For Widows Foundation
SPRING OF JOY FOR WIDOWS FOUNDATION is an NGO committed to making a profound difference in the lives of widows.
We belief that losing a husband, does not mean a woman has lost her values, purpose, and self-will. Every widow is still destined for greatness no matter the circumstances. Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Our Mission
We see a future where widows, irrespective of their age, background, or circumstance, have access to the resources, support, and opportunities needed to rebuild their lives and contribute meaningfully to society.
Our Vision
To create a positive and lasting impact in the lives of widows.
Our vision is a world where widowhood is not synonymous with suffering but strength and empowerment.

Support and Services
We provide a wide range of support services, including grief counseling, legal assistance, and access to educational opportunities. We also facilitate support groups, offering widows a safe space to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.
Economic Empowerment
We offer skills training and vocational programs to equip widows with the tools they need to achieve financial independence, which includes business training, microfinance support, and job placement assistance, enabling widows to support themselves and their families.
Education and Scholarships
We believe in the power of education to break the cycle of poverty. We provide scholarships and educational support to widows and their children, helping them access quality education and expand their horizons.
